Students want to know that we are doing our part to better the planet. CulinArt’s sustainability mission is built on three pillars: food, stewardship and experiences. We pride ourselves on taking a proactive role in sustainability practices. We proudly partner with local farms to bring the freshest seasonal produce and goods to students, faculty and staff. Our menus and point-of-sale signage highlight the local farms and goods we are featuring in season. In addition to sourcing local produce, we have a commitment to serving cage-free eggs, organic and hormone-free milk and humane meat and poultry.
